General
As the artist, I reserve the right to cancel/refund your order at any stage.Harrassment and abusive language or behaviour will result in the cancellation of your order. I will not tolerate bigotry, racism, transphobia, homophobia, or similar hate speech of any kind.Copyright/Usage Policy
- As the artist, I retain copyright over the commissioned work. I hold the right to add your commission to my portfolio, and use it for social media and personal marketing.
- Finished commissions will be posted to the respective SFW or NSFW accounts, but they can be left anonymous or kept private if requested.
- You may post the finished work on social media as long as you give proper credit (such as posting the watermarked version of the piece)
- The commission is for personal use only unless agreed on prior.
- You may not profit further from commissioned works (selling prints, recreating, redistributing etc.) without explicit permission. Commercial fees will need to be discussed.
- You may not alter the art (e.g. remove signatures/watermarks) without my explicit consent and permission.
- You may not use my work for AI training or generation, blockchain-related technologies such as NFTs or cryptocurrency, or any similar technologies, pre-existing or future.Drawing Process
The commission turnaround will take from a couple of days and up to a month, depending on other projects in the queue, and/or if the character/piece is particularly detailed.
There is a chance I might delay completing your work due to other commissions, study deadlines, or other similar priorities, but I will try to let you know in advance if I know that I will have a busy schedule. Please be patient and understanding.You may ask for updates, and will receive WIPs if there's anything in need of clarification or approval. WIPs will be watermarked as a precaution.Major revisions (such as outfits, composition, pose, or full backgrounds) will only be made in the sketch phase. Making major changes to content or composition after the final sketch is approved may incur an additional fee.
You are, however, welcome to request minor, non-invasive changes (such as small additional/missing accessories, small changes to background elements or props, colouring/inking mistakes, etc.) and these will be done free of charge.Once the commission is complete, full resolution PNGs (watermarked version for social media, and clean version for private use) will be sent to the client through email or Google Drive.Payment
Payment is done upfront, or after the sketch is finalized. Sketch commissions are upfront only.I accept payment through Paypal in USD/NZD (prices on commission sheet are given in USD)
I may also accept bank transfers from New Zealand based clients.If you cancel the commission after making a full payment, the refunded amount will depend on how much progress I have made on the piece (50% refund if I have made significant progress beyond the sketch phase, full refund if I haven't)
I will provide a full refund if I have to cancel the commission for any reason.
